The idea of saying “no” feels impossible. And the idea of saying “yes” to one more damn thing fills you with dread and resentment. You feel so much pressure to hold it together, but it’s too much. You want to feel peace, call in ease, and create more balance.

    I am an anti-oppressive and liberationist therapist. I specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health. I love supporting moms navigate the layered and complex matrescence journey and find their way in motherhood.

    I support people-pleasers and perfectionists identify the roots of these behavioral patterns, learn to set boundaries, and prioritize their needs and wellbeing. I also love working with people managing negative body image and internalized fatphobia.

I am licensed in California and Kentucky. I offer in-person sessions in a lovely office in Old Town Pasadena. I also offer HIPAA-compliant online therapy for residents in both states.
