    I specialize in maternal mental health. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), including specialized training in perinatal grief and loss. I am privileged to support moms navigate the vulnerable, layered, and complex matrescence journey and find their way in motherhood.

    I love to support people-pleasers and perfectionists identify the roots of these behavioral patterns, learn to set boundaries, and prioritize their needs and wellbeing. I also love working with people managing negative body image and internalized fatphobia. There is an intersection of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and internalized fatphobia in the motherhood space.
